Why did you change your name?
On the practical side, we wanted a name that could be trademarked with a .com domain. On the playful side, we wanted a name that reflects our brand ethos and the vibrant energy of coastal lifestyles. Inspired by the energy of ocean waves, WAAV (pronounced "Wave") embodies the perfect balance of relaxation and vitality, bringing sunshine into your everyday life.
Is this still the same product despite the new look?
Yes! The same product, but with an even BETTER taste! We’ve partnered with Chef Fernando, the culinary genius behind some of the best dining experiences around the world to help take our smoothie blends next level.

Do you offer wholesale?
Absolutely! We've had the privilege of partnering with a wide range of organizations, from professional sports teams and universities to luxury hotels and your coffee shop down the street. If you're interested in collaborating, simply fill out the form, and we'll get in touch with you as soon as possible!

What is a smoothie cube?
What aren’t they?! These frozen one-inch pre-blended cubes are complete, plant-based nutrition with probiotics and real food, that seamlessly transform into perfectly proportioned smoothies or smoothie bowls in 20 seconds.
Are your smoothie cubes Organic?
If it’s not organic, it’s not in our cubes! All of our products feature 100% organic ingredients and are certified USDA Organic.
How do I use the smoothie cubes?
Smoothie: Blend 10 cubes + 1 cup liquid. Blend for 20 seconds Bowl: Blend 10 cubes + ½ cup liquid. Blend for 20 seconds. Shake: Fill a shaker cup with 10 cubes + 1 cup liquid. Shake & wait 15 minutes. Then shake again. Any of our smoothie cubes can be boosted with your favorite fresh or frozen fruit/vegetables or protein powder!
Are your products Allergen Friendly?
All of our products are gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan. For those with nut allergies, we have some delicious nut-free flavors available. We manufacture products that contain the allergens almonds, peanuts, cashews and coconut. At this time there are no other FDA defined allergens in our facility. While the same equipment is used to manufacture allergen and non-allergen items, we have very strict allergen and sanitation procedures in place to prevent cross-contact and cross-contamination with undeclared allergenic ingredients.
Why are your smoothies more expensive than some other companies?
We are committed to using whole, natural ingredients without any artificial fillers or flavorings. Every product we create is made from 100% organic ingredients, carefully sourced from ethical, sustainable farms. As health coaches, our top priority is to provide you with the highest-quality products that nourish your body, all while consistently being recognized for our superior taste. While we may be priced higher than brands that rely on dehydrated powders, we work hard to remain affordable and competitive in the whole food smoothie market. Our products stand out by including high-quality probiotics, functional superfoods, and other nourishing ingredients designed to support your health and wellness journey.
Are your bags recyclable?
Our bags are made from post-consumer recycled materials, meaning we take recycled plastics and transform them into durable, eco-friendly packaging. By doing this, we help reduce waste while offering a more sustainable option for our customers.
Why is there a minimum order amount? OR What is the minimum order amount?
Logistically, shipping frozen is a bit of a wild ride, but we’re all in to get these frozen beauties to your doorstep—no matter where you are! We invest in the most eco-friendly boxes and liners, plus dry ice, which is why we set a 4-bag minimum. The great news for you? Our bags stack easily, and thanks to the frozen nature of our products, they’ll stay good for a whole year! (Just be sure to check the expiration date, of course!)
How long will it take to receive my order?
Three-day shipping is available within the continental U.S. We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure timely delivery before we hit the weekend.
What is your shipping policy?
Due to the frozen nature of our product, we ship on dry ice and design each package to stay frozen until the evening of the delivery date. Please look out for an email with your tracking information which will be sent out when your package leaves the warehouse. Track those babies closely and stick them in the freezer as soon as possible. As always, if you have any questions, send them to hello@waav.com and we will get back to you ASAP! Oh- and if you have issues locating your tracking email check your spam/junk folder.
What is your return policy?
We don’t accept returns because our products need to stay frozen, but don’t worry—we’re here for you with amazing customer service! If your box shows up damaged, melted, or your cubes go rogue in transit, just reach out with some pics and let us know what happened. We’ll make sure to take care of it and get you back on track because your happiness is our top priority! As we always say, if you’ve got any questions or concerns, we’re super chill—so don’t hesitate to reach out!
Do I need to be home to receive by box?
We know you're busy, whether you're out enjoying happy hour with friends or running around getting shit done, we got you! We’ve packed your box with enough dry ice to keep everything frozen until you get home that night. Just remember to unpack those little frozen beauties (handle with care, dry ice can be tricky!) and pop them in the freezer as soon as you walk through the door. We’ve got you covered!
What do I do with the dry ice and packaging?
The best part of our packaging? You can recycle every single part of it! But first—watch out, dry ice can burn! Let it dissipate in the box, then you’re ready to start the recycling process. Our liners are 100% recyclable (because seriously, styrofoam is sooo last century), and don’t forget to break down those boxes for recycling, too. Just like we were never there—eco-friendly and guilt-free!
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
WAAV’s got your back—we’re here to help with any mess! If your product arrives damaged, just snap a pic and include a brief explanation, and we’ll work it out—no stress. If you chose ROUTE for protection, follow the instructions here and let them take care of the rest.
What is your Holiday Shipping & Delivery Policy?
We strive to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all orders. However, please note that shipping and delivery dates may be affected due to closures or modified service/hours during certain national holidays.
