At WAAV Organic, we believe healthy habits should feel simple, flexible, and doable, not overwhelming. That’s exactly why we created our 30-Day WAAV Challenge. You can start anytime, move at your own pace, and make it work for your life.

This challenge isn’t about restriction or rules. It’s about building momentum with a few daily habits that actually make you feel better.


The Smoothie Commitment (One a Day)

If you grab six bags of WAAV smoothies, that equals 30 smoothies (each bag contains 12 cubes). That’s one smoothie a day for 30 days , so easy. Grab more if you need more cubes for calories or you have friends and fam who steal bags like I do!

That said, portions depend on who you are:

  • I might use 12 cubes
  • My son might use 15 cubes
  • You may need more or less depending on your energy needs

The goal is to replace one regular meal per day with a smoothie — breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Choose what works best for you.

Amp It Up (or Keep It Simple)

WAAV smoothies are meant to be customized:

  • Blend into a classic smoothie
  • Turn it into a frappuccino-style drink
  • Make a smoothie bowl and top with granola, honey, nut butter, or fruit
  • Add your favorite protein powder
  • Boost with chia seeds, flax, or collagen

There’s no “right” way — just the way that keeps you consistent.


Why This Helps (More Than You Think)

WAAV smoothies take about 20 seconds to blend, which means:

  • Less time cooking
  • Less decision fatigue
  • More time for you
  • And when life feels less rushed, it’s easier to stack other healthy habits — like hydration.

Habit #2: Drink Your Water 💧

One of the simplest (and most overlooked) health habits is drinking enough water.

As health coaches, one of the first things we’d do with clients was help them hydrate — because many headaches, low energy moments, and foggy days are actually signs of dehydration.

👉 Aim for at least 8 cups of water per day.

Tips to make it easier:

  • Use a water bottle you love
  • Infuse with lemon, berries, cucumber, or mint
  • Sip throughout the day instead of chugging at night

Check it off as a daily win — because it is.


Habit #3: 20 Minutes of Movement

This isn’t about intense workouts or burning calories.

Just 20 minutes of movement per day can:

  • Boost energy
  • Improve mood
  • Support digestion
  • Clear your mind

Movement can be:

  • Walking
  • Dancing
  • Stretching
  • Pilates, yoga, or strength training
  • Playing with your kids

Already working out? That counts.
Busy day? A walk around the block counts too.

We all have 20 minutes — and your body will thank you for it.


Habit #4: 3 Minutes of Journaling

This one changed my life.

Just three minutes a night:

  • Write down what’s on your mind
  • Make a to-do list for tomorrow
  • Reflect on how you’re feeling (especially around Day 10, 20, or 30)

It helps you:

  • Fall asleep faster
  • Release stress
  • Stay emotionally aware during the challenge

No pressure. No perfect words. Just get it out.

Every day for 30 days:

✔ One WAAV smoothie (meal replacement)
✔ At least 8 cups of water
✔ 20 minutes of movement
✔ 3 minutes of journaling
